Refund Policy
RDC Designs collects payments from current web development and hosting clients only. Products are not sold on RDC Designs.
Paying invoices online with a credit card payment is optional and available only for RDC Designs' clients.
Invoices can be paid by mail with check or cash.
Refunds are evaluated on a per project basis. All refunds are subject to the written or verbal project agreement. Refunds must be requested within one week of the date of project completion and will be processed within thirty (30) business days. Funds will be refunded in the same method they were originally paid.
